Fitness is a huge part of my life and a part that I hope doesn’t disappear anytime soon! It exists as a place where I can be truly selfish, totally focus on myself and zone out from everything and anything in the outside world. A safe haven almost. Headphones in, music on and nothing else seems to matter for the next 60-or-so minutes. Not only is it one of my greatest passions, it’s also where my boyfriend and I first met, so that also plays a huge part in its significance and importance.
I’ve had a bit of a love-hate relationship with fitness, food and exercise – my journey absolutely hasn’t been ‘smooth sailing’ so to speak (read more about my fitness journey here), but after re-educating and fine tuning my approach, I can honestly honestly say, I’ve recovered my fitness equilibrium.
What you’ll find within these fitness posts is a collection of class/ gym reviews, workout inspo, helpful, honest tips and thoughts covering all realms of fitness – including clothing!
I want to share all aspects of my fitness endeavours with you all in the hope that if anyone has had similar experiences, we can all relate and share our words of wisdom. As I’ve said before, safety in numbers, right?
