Sweet Recipe Ideas.
Eating healthily and being mindful of what we’re putting in our bodies is not a series of short-term diet modifications to achieve certain body or fitness goal. Instead, it involves a lifestyle change to support these little improvements and adaptations to your health, performance and overall well being.
When we talk about lifestyle and nutritional changes, it would be naive, impossible and downright boring to omit sweet treats. They can be a welcoming delight and a burden – feelings of which I have had and, sometimes still do experience when I get a sweet hankering.
The sweet treats and sweet recipes that I feature and create exist purely to help lessen the burdening feeling and possible guilt that might creep in, by offering healthier ways to satisfy those cravings. I want you to feel good whilst treating yourself and indulging in these simple yet absolutely delicious alternatives!
